Oysters on the Half Shell with Rosé Mignonette
½ cup GIFFT Rosé
2 shallots, diced
2 tablespoons vinegar
½ teaspoon ground pepper
2 dozen oysters, shucked
In a small bowl, whisk together the rosé, shallots, vinegar, and pepper. Serve alongside the oysters on a bed of shaved ice. Enjoy immediately.
