GIFFT ® Online Store Policy
You may purchase items on this Site through our electronic shopping cart process. In addition to the Terms, the following policies shall apply to all online orders and sales.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity by verifying your method of payment (e.g. billing address if using a credit card) and/or shipping address.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline your order if it is deemed fraudulent.
Inventory and Substitutions
Though we continually monitor our inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. Should this occur, we will call or e-mail you to determine if you would like to wait for the product to be in stock, substitute other items, or cancel part or all of the order.
Legal Age Requirement
GIFFT wine may be sold and delivered only to a person who is at least 21 years old. By placing an order on the Site, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom any merchandise will be delivered is also 21 years old.
Third Party Processing Orders
We accept payment through the following credit cards: Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Discover®.
All orders placed on this Site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our Shipping Policy. We cannot ship outside the United States. You are responsible for all shipping charges unless we agree otherwise. Shipping charges will be calculated during the online ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we sent the wrong item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your GIFFT goods, please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If a refund is necessary, once the product is received back at our shipping facility a credit may be issued, less the cost of shipping. We are committed to delivering the right product, on time, and in optimal condition. If you received a product in error or your product was damaged upon arrival, please contact us to arrange the return of the product and refund of your order.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
